We had a great time. The staff were amazing and very helpful specially Azza (cleaning lady), Youstina (customer relations), Ahmad and Abdalrahman (swimming pool lifeguards), Marwa (service lady), Mustafa and Fareed (waiters) and finally Islam on the front desk. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We will definitely be back again. All staff in general were amazing and extremely helpful. Well done, everyone 👏

Housekeeping staff was nice and helpful. We had two family suites. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Room service offers pretty good food.

That was our first time in this location. We used to used Gewan hotel. They misbehaved. So, our search lead us to Tolip AlGalaa. It was a gem hidden in plain sight. The front desk staff, the helpers and house keepers were exceptional. They accommodated our needs. The lobby was just the right size for my visitors. Special thanks to the housekeeper Khadija.

A good hotel, when I check in, Youself made my checkin with warmly welcome-smile 🌺 also two staff say hello to me and told me they remembered me, yes, two years ago, I also booked this hotel, thanks for them still remember me after two years, this give your customer feel so happy and comfortable to stay here. The people so good job for clearing my room every day, thanks all 🙏

I really like the way the receptionist (Mr. Youssef) meet the people. He always smiles, makes the check-in process very smooth and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good, several items are offered.

First and foremost, the location is in a beautiful part of the city. The drive is very easy to get to downtown and it is close to the airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They upgraded me 2 times to an executive suit. Which is why I came back a second time. Ahmed at the front desk was very helpful and spoke English which helped. Youstina The guest relation specialist called and made sure my stay was comfortable and if I needed anything to contact her at the front desk. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming from abroad. Ps the food was really good too.

The room was clean and spacious. Tv had limited channels but was working well. Bathroom was clean, shower was of a good standard. Had kettle and water bottles in the room. Breakfast had a nice variety and staff were friendly. Wael in the restaurant was very helpful and accommodating. Tahir who cleaned our room was helpful too. Yousef at reception was friendly.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and shower had easy disabled access. Special mention to the kitchen staff, Amir and the team, Youstina and Maryan at customer relations were helpful and Karam at house keeping was amazing!

Our room got upgraded. The hotel is close to CAI airport, in a nice and secure area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Also, while entering the hotel, I dropped a significant amount of money by mistake, and they chased me until they returned the money, which displays the integrity of the hotel staff. The room service menu was as affordable as the prices in average restaurants outside, something I didn't see in five-star ranked hotels. And yeah, the beds were super comfy."
